The Arnold Classic, renamed Arnold Fitness Weekend, is an annual bodybuilding competition, named after Arnold Schwarzenegger. It takes place in March 5th to 7th in Columbus, Ohio, United States.

アーノルドクラシックスというのはボディビルダーのイベントで、今年の３月０５日～７日（三日間）にアメリカのオハイオ州で行われるている定例行事です。最近はボディビルダーのみならず、フィットネスや、格闘技関係にも門戸を開放し、その範囲を拡大して開催されています。

It's that time of year again when we descend upon Columbus, Ohio on March 5th-7th and gather at the Arnold. The Cage will be there bigger and better than ever. This year's rendition of The Cage is by far the largest we have done to date. There will be a lot going on all weekend long (see the event schedule below). We will have our VIP area for fans of the Animal brand, our loyal FORVM members, and you at what we call "The Box." There also will be a new edition of Pros vs. Bros, exclusive Animal Gear and more. We will be at booth # 419. Customers are welcomed and encouraged to stop by and ask for me and I'll be happy to take you on a tour of The Cage and introduce you to the Animal Crew.

Project Z　　プロジェクト・Ｚ

We will officially unveil Project Z in The Cage and show the world its new formula and product name. Consumers will be able to purchase a can in The Shop area of The Cage. It has been a while since Animal has added anything new so it's really exciting. We have been Alpha Testing the formula. The feedback from the Alpha Testers has been great.

National ABC Event
ナショナル・ABC・イベントを開示

As we have been doing for the past two years, we hold our National ABC Event during the Arnold weekend. This year is no exception. We are anticipating the largest gathering yet even topping last year's attendance of over 100 people. Metro Fitness will be closed to the public on Saturday night March 6th but open to Animal for the event. You are all invited to join us and train with our Pros. The whole Animal Crew will be there including Ox, The House, Wrath, The Freak, Vinny, BigAl, BigAnt, G Diesel, Kuclo and the rest. After the workout we are going to have food brought into the gym for a post workout meal.
